I'm always seeking to connect with other thought leaders, in and out of the kids yoga and mindfulness field, in order to push this work forward and maximize its impact on the world. For me, these conversations have been one of the lights through the dark times of COVID!

In that spirit, I was interviewed on the latest episode of the The Guy Who Knows a Guy podcast, hosted by Michael Whitehouse -- a business coach, networker, and speaker. The podcast highlights local business experts from various sectors. Find and listen to the episode featuring me here! I discussed creating kids yoga and mindfulness content, how valuable it is, raising independent children, and more.

Michael is also hosting Conference21, where I will be speaking on February 21rst and 22nd, 2021. It's a conference to build community, collaboration, and thought leadership amongst professionals from various fields. Get your tickets here! I am so excited to continue to share my knowledge with you all!

You can find more thought leadership from myself and my colleagues on the Flow and Grow Kids Yoga Facebook pageand website. And don't forget that our winter 95-hour Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Training starts on February 2nd! Questions? Please book a call with me! I can't wait to hear from you soon!

Love always,
Lara
