Flow and Grow Kids Yoga Teacher Trainees have been studying hard since early April of 2020 -- with discussion, experientials, reading, writing, drawing, small-group sharing, and more. They finish this evening, June 30th!  

Trainee Ava Dussault brings to the cohort perspectives from other wellness-based movement disciplines, for adults and kids, and a wisdom beyond her years. See this video on our Facebook page to hear about her experience with training!

Our Summer 2020 training starts right up in July! There's still plenty of time to join the 95-hour RCYT track, the 18-hour Foundational Kids Yoga Teacher Training course, or any of the other individual modules within the 95-hour track.
