What's it like studying with Flow and Grow Kids Yoga?! Part V

Flow and Grow Kids Yoga Teacher Trainees have been studying hard since early April of 2020 -- with discussion, experientials, reading, writing, drawing, small-group sharing, and more. They finish this evening, June 30th!

Trainee Ava Dussault brings to the cohort perspectives from other wellness-based movement disciplines, for adults and kids, and a wisdom beyond her years. See this video on our Facebook page to hear about her experience with training!

As another way in, Ava also passed along a written testimonial:

Our Summer 2020 training starts right up in July! There's still plenty of time to join the 95-hour RCYT track, the 18-hour Foundational Kids Yoga Teacher Training course, or any of the other individual modules within the 95-hour track.

There's never a perfect time to deepen one's knowledge, practice, and what we can share with the next generation and the world -- why not now?
