Flow and Grow Kids Yoga Teacher Trainees have been studying hard since early April of 2020 -- with discussion, experientials, reading, writing, drawing, small-group sharing, and more. They're now on the home stretch, finishing on June 30th!
Trainee Brittany Stockwell, the "Purple Violinist", has an extensive background in music and education. Check out her website! Brittany brings a unique perspective and an inquisitive spirit to every session. See this video on our Facebook page to hear about her experience with training!
Brittany Stockwell, Flow and Grow Kids Yoga Spring 2020 95-hour Teacher Trainee
As another way in, Brittany also passed along a written testimonial:
There's still time to join the last module of our Spring 2020 training -- Integrating Mindfulness Into the School Day. And our Summer 2020 training starts right up in July! There's still plenty of time to join the 95-hour RCYT track, the 18-hour Foundational Kids Yoga Teacher Training course, or any of the other individual modules within the 95-hour track.
We will also be doing a Live Q and A about our training, on Thursday, June 25th at 6 PM EST. A few Teacher Trainees (including Brittany) will share their experiences with training, and Teacher Trainer Lara Hocheiser will facilitate the discussion. We hope to see you there!
There's never a perfect time to deepen one's knowledge, practice, and what we can share with the next generation and the world -- why not now?
Email Teacher Trainer Lara Hocheiser at lara@flowandgrowkidsyoga.com with any questions, comments, questions, concerns, et cetera. We're here to help!
Comments will be approved before showing up.

In classrooms and communities around the world, educators and parents alike are placing a growing emphasis onsocial and emotional learning. And for good reason: helping children understand, manage, and express their emotions in healthy ways is just as critical as teaching them to read or do math.

In today’s fast-paced world, children are often exposed to stressors from a young age, whether it’s academic pressure, social challenges, or the overwhelming influence of digital devices. This can impact their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
