Happy Fourth of July from the Flow and Grow Kids Yoga family! We wish you a safe and happy weekend. Try out Eagle Pose together:

  1. Start in chair pose.
  2. Extend your arms at the shoulders. Cross your elbows and place one on top, bringing your wrists and hands closer together above your elbows. 
  3. If you feel steady, lift one leg up and over the other.
  4. Soar back to standing and repeat on the other side.
