We are a community of parents, teachers, yoga enthusiasts, mindfulness practitioners, and other people that LOVE children
Our joy and mission is clear, to make the life of children better with the tools that yoga and mindfulness provide. The benefits help kids with academic success, self-esteem, positive thinking, physical fitness, mental and physical flexibility, and so much more.

If you want to get more involved, I want to be your teacher. I am here every step of the way throughout the 95-hour children’s yoga teacher training program. Emails, zoom calls, monitoring your videos, and providing you feedback. Guiding you as you build your business plan (even if you don’t want to start a business, you will success with a PLAN)
We meet 30 times over 3 months. I am with you for every topic so we can engage in the materials, ask questions, explore it deeply by doing, conversing, and experiencing a substantive, broadly applicable yoga and mindfulness program appropriate for homes, schools, yoga studios, online, and anywhere YOU want to adapt it for.

To discuss your goals and see which of the courses may be best for you if you can’t do the whole program now. To determine a monthly budget if you want to pay over time. I am here to make it accessible to you.
