How do I book:
- Register online!
- Once you register, we send you a link to schedule the call*. After we schedule your call, you receive a Zoom invite. You may dial-in or be in front of the camera. We suggest you call from a computer!
- Before our consultation, you will receive a brief survey on what you’d like to cover. This helps me get to know you and set goals for our call.
- After the call, we send you a link to your recordings that you may keep forever!

About Lara Hocheiser
I am Lara and I have done pretty much everything in the kid's yoga world. From launching school programs to starting up studio classes, I’ve led classes in a Spanish Immersion school, sold out kid’s yoga teacher trainings, formed a mentorship and coaching program, helped classroom teachers integrate yoga and mindfulness into the school day, conferences, and more. If you need help in some aspect of becoming or growing yourself in the field of education, children’s yoga, or some combination of the two, I can help you.

- You can only reschedule once per session.
