How do I book:

Register online!
Once you register, we send you a link to schedule the call*. After we schedule your call, you receive a Zoom invite. You may dial-in or be in front of the camera. We suggest you call from a computer!
Before our consultation, you will receive a brief survey on what you’d like to cover. This helps me get to know you and set goals for our call.
After the call, we send you a link to your recordings that you may keep forever!

About Lara Hocheiser

I am Lara and I have done pretty much everything in the kid's yoga world. From launching school programs to starting up studio classes, I’ve led classes in a Spanish Immersion school, sold out kid’s yoga teacher trainings, formed a mentorship and coaching program, helped classroom teachers integrate yoga and mindfulness into the school day, conferences, and more.
