A Year of Yoga Bundle is made for educators, parents, and anyone doing yoga with children.
This bundle includes yoga poses and lesson plans for the four seasons, 12 lessons altogether! Set includes lesson plans for ages 2-7, 7-11, and tween and teen for each season. Each season has a set of 5 printable yoga cards, helping the children in your life stay engaged with yoga throughout the year. Use these while teaching yoga, after school, at home, before bed, first thing in the morning, or during a movement break in your classroom!
Consistent with our core values, notice that the children depicted in our original illustrations have all skin tones and gender representations. Every child will find themselves reflected in this work and be able to relate to it. The Autumn Sequence is a 23-page PDF download teaching Autumn five (5) yoga poses and a story that incorporates the Autumn yoga poses with literacy.

The Winter Sequenceis a 24-page PDF download featuring five (5) Wintertime yoga poses.
Each lesson plan follows the Flow and Grow Kids Yoga teaching methodology, including discussion prompts, group activities, yoga movement, guided relaxations, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and crafts.
The methodology is flexible, which means you can do it in the order it appears, or adapt it to fit the needs of the kids and space you are working in.

The entire download can be viewed on a phone, tablet, computer, or printed out onto paper. We recommend printing the cards on card stock or laminating them for durability.
IP Considerations: You may make copies of the yoga cards for your students, but please do not distribute them to other adults. They can make a purchase! If you intend to use this product with more than a few classes, please email us and we can work out a licensing cost. Whole school rates upon inquiry.
