Discover how to bring yoga and mindfulness to the tweens and teens in your life.

Yoga and mindfulness bring a plethora of benefits such as forming healthy habits, reduced stress, and increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, focus, empathy, and kindness.

Learn how working with teens is different, what to expect when working with children ages 11-18, and how to adapt to working with them.

We will cover developmental stages of tweens/teens and how movement, mindfulness, breathing practices, games, and relaxation exercises can support growth, self-awareness, resilience, positive thinking, and health/wellness.

Attendees will leave the course with the knowledge and tools to bring yoga and mindfulness while enabling tweens/teens to build lifelong healthy habits.
