Yoga Cards and Lesson Plans for Teachers and Parents
Following the Flow and Grow Kids Yoga methodology, we help anyone and everyone focus on how kids learn and give instructions to enable all people to lead children into this work.
Be yourself and go off script or read along! Do what we offer and give it a personal twist. Make room for the ideas of your kiddos and engage their creativity as much as you can while staying focused on the experience you wish to facilitate. Our methodology is flexible, so you can be present to the needs of the children you are leading.
Perfect for practicing anywhere! Use this deck at home, school, park, or when traveling!
